Born in Shelby, North Carolina to the late Anderson H. Webber, Jr., and Ruby Clark Webber; Married to Audrey Ross Webber for 43 years. Three children, one deceased (Faith) and two grandchildren. Attended Washington High School in Waco grades 1-9; Graduated from Burns High School, Lawndale, NC.

Licensed in the preaching ministry by Washington Baptist Church in November of 1993; Ordained in August of 1994 by the Ebenezer Missionary Baptist Association.
